Transfer of Goods 
The delivery date shall be determined at our discretion, and customers cannot specify delivery dates or times.

Returns, Exchanges, Defective Products, and Cancellations

  1. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or changes to orders (including color or size changes) for customer convenience reasons (such as incorrect size, ordering mistakes, different from expectations, long-term absence or refusal to receive, or other customer circumstances) after order confirmation. Unilateral returns of products are not accepted.

  2. We will respond as follows only in cases of damage or defects upon product arrival, or damage, defects, or incorrect shipment due to our intent or negligence

    1) If we do not have the product in stock and cannot exchange it for a new product, we will process returns and refunds by the following methods:
    ① If the customer purchased the product by credit card, we will cancel the credit card charge.
    ② Only when we determine there are unavoidable circumstances preventing credit card charge cancellation, we will refund only to an account confirmed to be in the name of the customer who ordered the product.

    2) If we have the product in stock, we will exchange the product for the customer.Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted when all of the following conditions are met:
    ① The product to be returned, refunded, or exchanged is unused.
    ② The customer returns the product with all accessories, attachments, and invoices in the delivered condition.

  3. Customers must check the condition of products upon receipt. If you wish to return or exchange a product due to damage, defects, or incorrect shipment caused by our intent or negligence, please contact us via email within 7 days of product arrival, including your order number, name, address, and images of the relevant areas.

  4. After receiving your email, we will contact you regarding the return method. Only when the product arrives at our location within 7 days from the date we send the return request (or within 14 days for international shipments) will we exchange it for a new product. We cannot accept changes to other products, colors, or sizes. We will bear the shipping costs. *For returns from overseas, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  5. Even if we receive contact within 7 days of product arrival, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that fall under any of the following
    1) Products determined to be within our product standards.
    2) Products used by the customer.
    3) Products damaged or soiled due to customer negligence.
    4) Products that have been modified, customized, repaired, or cleaned by the customer.
    5) Products with damaged, soiled, lost, or discarded packaging.

  6. Product images on this site are samples and specifications may differ from actual products. Due to the nature of viewing on computers and mobile devices, product images may differ slightly from actual colors depending on your browsing environment. We do not treat minor differences between image colors and actual colors as product defects.

 

International Shipping Notes
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country/region. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
Import of certain products may be restricted by laws and regulations of the destination country/region.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures.
For delays or returns due to incorrect address information, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damage or loss during shipping is subject to the carrier's compensation policy.

All international shipments include a tracking number. After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address.
