Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

・Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends, national holidays, and our designated summer and year-end holidays) after order confirmation.

We do not ship on weekends, national holidays, or during our designated summer and year-end holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be shipped on the next business day after the holiday period. Upon receiving your order, please check that "the product has no defects" and "the order contents are correct."

・Shipping Carrier: Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express

・Shipping Fee: FREE for orders of 10,000 yen or more (including tax). For orders under 10,000 yen, a flat rate of 880 yen (including tax) applies. The total amount you pay will be: Product price (including tax) + Shipping fee 880 yen

International Shipping

・Available Countries: United States, Canada, South Korea, major European countries, and others
・Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends, national holidays, and our designated summer and year-end holidays) after order confirmation. We do not ship on weekends, national holidays, or during our designated summer and year-end holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be shipped on the next business day after the holiday period. Upon receiving your order, please check that "the product has no defects" and "the order contents are correct."
・Shipping Carrier: DHL (with tracking number)
・Delivery Time: 7-14 business days from order placement (including customs clearance time)
・Shipping Fee: Varies depending on destination and product weight/size. The fee will be displayed at checkout.
